Michael Weicher is the owner of the Weicher Law Offices, P.C. and has been an attorney for more than fourteen years. Mr. Weicher's practice focuses on real estate and title insurance litigation, foreclosure and commercial litigation, as well as business entity formation and general business matters. The firm also represents clients in all stages of residential and corporate real estate sales and purchases.
Mr. Weicher holds a J.D. from Loyola University Chicago (2003), as well as a B.A. from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts (2000) and St. Ignatius High School in Chicago, Illinois (1996).
Mr. Weicher was admitted to practice law in the state of Illinois in 2003. He has been admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District. He currently serves as the ethics commissioner for the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago. Additionally, Mr. Weicher is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, an active member of the Oak Park Chamber of Commerce, and serves as vice-president for the OPRF Partners BNI networking group chapter. Additionally, Mr. Weicher teaches legal continuing education courses for the National Business Institute, including Top 9 Title Defects - Cured.
