Michael J. Weicher
Mike graduated from the College of the Holy Cross in 2000, and obtained his J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2003. Mike started his legal practice in the Chicago area before moving to Colorado in 2020 where he continues to represent clients in small business and real estate matters. He handles civil litigation cases as well as advises individuals and small businesses on start-up and transactional matters. Mike advises clients on the steps necessary achieve their goals, whether through negotiations, demands, or litigation. He takes a practical and realistic approach to obtain the client’s goals while honoring their budget. On weekends, Michael and his wife, Alena, take their four children on hiking or skiing. Mike is an endurance runner who has completed road marathons, 50k races, and trail running events.
